Papermaking process of tissue production

The pulp is sent to the headbox. The pulp sprayed from the headbox will be sandwiched between a perforated forming net and a blanket, and compacted by the roller like a sandwich, initially turning into a layer of wet paper. This layer of wet paper sticks to the blanket and comes to the pressing section. After most of the water is squeezed out, it is separated from the blanket and then rolled into the drying cylinder heated by high-pressure steam. The temperature of the drying cylinder can reach 120℃, which can quickly dry the toilet paper and kill germs. When rolling out of the drying cylinder, a scraper scoops up the toilet paper close to the drying cylinder, making the paper wrinkled and becoming more fluffy and soft. After this series of operations, it can be rolled into a giant roll of paper with a width of 3 meters and a length of 60 kilometers in about half an hour.
